Instructions for Providing Handwriting Samples For Graphological Handwriting Analysis

  • Please ensure you are in a calm and relaxed state when preparing your handwriting samples. Avoid consuming alcohol before or during the writing process, as this can affect your handwriting. Maintain a comfortable seated position and write in your usual style.

  • Please provide one sample written in English and another in Traditional Chinese.

  • Use any writing instrument except for a pencil. Ballpoint pens are a suitable choice.

  • Write on a full sheet of plain paper, such as photocopy paper. Avoid lined paper or placing the paper on a lined surface.

  • It is recommended that you write an original piece of writing, such as a letter, on a topic of your choice. Please avoid copying lyrics, poems, or scriptures. If necessary, you may reference the English and Traditional Chinese sample texts, but original writing is preferred.

  • Handwriting samples should be at least one page in length.

  • Sign your name as you normally would.

  • Please indicate your approximate age, gender, and whether you are right- or left-handed.

  • You may also submit any previous English handwriting samples along with an approximate date or your age at the time of writing.

  • If you are taking any medication that may affect your handwriting, please disclose this.

  • Please note any physical or emotional trauma you may have experienced within the past year, as this could potentially impact your handwriting.

Submission Methods
Submitting your samples in person for optimal handling (Prior appointment is necessary) is highly recommended.
If submitting your samples in person is not possible, you may choose to send your samples via registered mail or SF Express (Paid by shipper)
